Re: [Vegetarianslimming] Weekly Menu?

Hi Cindi,

I plan my main meals for the coming week (and make extra to take leftovers
to work for lunch) but don¹t actually plan the entire week¹s menu ahead of
time. I have gotten to where I can kind of wing it as I go and fall pretty
much right in my calorie range. And once a week we tend to go out for
Subway on Saturday afternoon where I get a veggie patty or a veggie delight.
So here¹s a previous week just to give an example. Hope this comes across
easy to read ‹ for some reason when my messages come through they often
replace punctuation with symbols. Only on this list, no others. Hmm.
