Thanks Juliet (From just outside of Cambridge), yesterday I went over my kcals allowance but today it is just gone 3pm and so far I haven't had anything (and hoping Dr Dragon will get up soon as there is a very large black spider on the wall in here and I am an arachnaphobe!)
