[Vegetarianslimming] Re: whats for dinner tonight?

 

Brown rice smothered with stir fried onions, garlic, Ginger, zucchini,
just made seitan pieces, store bought Chinese sausage, and smoked
sausage, (veggie from May Wah on Hester st of course), and then threw
in some soy, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, and broth from the
seitan. Thickened up a bit with a cornstarch slurry. Sirracha.
And of course steamed veg dumplings to start with a sesame soy dipping
sauce.
