For those of yo looking for meat substitutes here is the seafood page
i think their chicken and beef substitutes are much better but had
tasted a few passable seafood substitutes at their last tasting.
I buy some plain "bow" (like bough) buns and put one of their chicken
nuggets inside with a dollop of hoisin and that makes a great vegan
appetizer. Well a few if them do.
They also have many different veggie hams that go great with things
like sayterd collards. Sautee some up as a sub for the hamhocks found
in traditional recipes
May wah also ships for those if you not lucky enough to be able to
take the Lexington Ave subway to the store.
