**MODERATOR NOTE: Please refrain from recipes which include any type of MEAT. Thank you. I am allowing this response since someone asked what chinese sausage is.

"Standard" Chinese sausage is pork.... VERY high in fat.  Mostly soy sauce and orange juice with some spices depending on who makes it (or if home made).
