OK, thought that's what had probably happened :) What I'll do is change your recipe to say something like:
1 Tbsp. oil (or as little as you can get away with)

That covers a multitude of sins, eh? LOL

I wrote it out as is from the book, we normally find about a third to half the oil they say is enough!

Thanks for the recipe! - Quick and easy. One word: There's really no need on a low-fat cooking group to use as much oil for cooking as the recipe says. I shall make a note on the file that less would be better :)
