[Vegetarianslimming] Re: soy-belly fat?

 


I think perhaps when dealing with the issue of soy, most particularly ones that are more processed, that moderation really needs to be the key.

I know there are a lot of reports that Asian women get less breast cancer due to consuming it, but there are also a lot of reports of it slowing down thyroid function ( see any books or articles by Mary Shoman ).

Eat it if you like it, but perhaps not in massive doses or even daily.
