[Vegetarianslimming] Re: soy-belly fat?

 

If you can only get to the gym once a week, (or less), it's important to keep up your exercise by doing something, (anything!), daily. Walk, skip, jog, walk between two telephone poles and jog between the next one and repeat, pushups, lift a few light weights, (or cans of beans!), but keep active is key.

If I have a beer at night I'm almost guaranteed to be a pound heavier the next morning. I don't know for a fact but think beer helps to hold on to some water.

I just tried hemp milk. If you like/get used to the flavor you can blend 1/2 Cup of hemp seeds with water and strain. Now you have hemp milk. You can add more or less seeds to change the taste and consistency. Put in a bit of agave or corn/rice syrup to make it sweeter.
