Thank you for this Pam.  I did come across at least one 'reform' book as I was browsing quickly through the site.
 
I am so sorry it has taken me almost a week to get back to you.  I have no excuse really other that total and utter forgetfulness.

Keep your eye out for mentions of "reform" cookery, an old term for
vegetarian.
