Thank you for this Cindi, it is very well said. No matter how much emphasis society places on conformity to certain standard measures of beauty, we are all far more than what we look like.

Great reminder for those of us who are overweight, including myself. Helps to remember my weight is not what makes me a good or bad person, it's part of the overall package. :-) A package which I do hope becomes smaller, but being ok with ourselves at every weight is actually very important.
