Gained half a pound this week, but then at this stage +1/2 -1/2 hardly signifies.
I thought I'd have gained more as (1) I had chips on Monday, (2) went out unexpectedly on Thursday without time to plan properly.
Funny thing happened on the way home, my money belt fell off! No tum left to hold it up! Luckily I grabbed it just in time, it was while I was getting off the bus.
