Thanks for the welcome. Congrats on 49 lbs, that is awesome. I feel so much better when I hear how others have lost weight - that keeps me motivated. I gain weight very easily and forget that others may struggle too. Our weight has so much to do with our health. I too have used WW but make up my own diet plans. My main emphasis is on eating healthy and allowing a treat now and then. I do a lot of research on the internet and remake recipes so they are lower fat and healthy. My favorite foods are beans and vegetables with fruits next in line. I also workout 5-6 days a week on the eliptical and treadmill. I am a fairly new vegetarian so I hope to find support, ideas, and recipes here. I am glad to part of the group.

Hello Susan, welcome.

I am mostly at the management stage now too, having lost 49 pounds with Weightwatchers.

(But I make up my own diet plans.)
