Re: [VegetarianSlimming] Hairy Bikers Diet / was returning member

The Hairy Bikers tend to do a lot of m*at - but I am hoping to adapt some for veggie stuff! In the 1st month they both lost about a stone (14 pounds), basically by cutting out a lot of the fat.

Sounds good, Dragon - I've never been able to buy Quorn - would love to
try it sometime.
And - okay, I'll bite - what on earth is the Hairy Bikers diet?  Oh wait

speaking of Quorn - does any one know what the Quorn Fake B*con is like?
I have a really nice "fry up" to try (Hairy Bikers diet one for those of
us in the UK!) and I know Quorn is safe for me with my nut allergy.

loss wagon (various health problems unrelated to food didn't help with
the latter!), my overall health though started to suffer (shall we just
say if I describe it we will have a TMI situation *wry grin*) and so I
have started back calorie counting and being veggie - even in the couple
of days I have been back on it I feel better in myself.
