Is she offended because you're veg? Or that you're not "Following Program"? Are you doing something she'd consider unwise, like a very restricted or odd diet? Really, WW in general is pretty veg-friendly. Your leader must either be threatened by you, or worried about you, or just uneducated about vegetarianism. Are you being outspoken in meetings, so she'd feel you're undermining her advice?
I thought I picked up hints that you are in the UK, aren't you? Perhaps WW is a bit different there.
