Actually Lila I do better on loads of carbs and limited protein which is what this is basically, I am not having all the sugar (not got a great sweet tooth!), although we do have a jar of jam in in case (which Dr Dragon is munching his way through lol)

Butter is used for making sauces and we probably are not using that amount of cooking oil either.  Cheese is used for my lunches and I will see tomorrow how I am doing on it!

I would never get healthy and slim on that diet:

Sugar: eight ounces
Butter: four ounces
Cheese: four ounces
Cooking fat/oil: two ounces

Surely that is too much?
