Bunny I have a fatal nut allergy so that would be no good for me (not sure we even get it in the UK either!)

Have you ever tried Ezekiel bread? It's sprouted nut n seed bread. It's in the
freezer because there are no preservatives in it.I too make all my food from
scratch; But I don't cook it.

I think that is why the Ration Book is going well for me - everything is cooked
from scratch (apart from the bread - OH uses white sourdough - I get a seed or
wholemeal loaf)
