Okay apart from the fact that it looks as though I could have CFS (which
would account for a lot!) I actually lost weight this week :-) 3.5 lb
or 1.6 kg - so feeling a little chuffed here *grin*
I'm hoping that next week I feel well enough to get some cleaning done,
which would be a useful bonus, but meanwhile I will keep tracking and
hope for more good news next Friday as well :-)
