Anyone else have a garden or are homesteading? I was just out tending our early spring garden beds and am counting the days to harvest some greens, lettuce, etc.
Tonight we are having left over stir fried spinach, with a little raw cashews, shoyu sauce, and brown rice, and garlic. Yummo!
