[Vegetarianslimming] Re: Weightwatchers WI today

 

Gained a pound this week. Well, I was away last w/e and ate far too much, just by eating the same or nearly the same as others around me.

BMI still under 22 though so am not worried.

I do still find it disappointing that the discussion never seems to relate to me. E.g. the places where they eat out are places I never go to.
