I'm glad to see the message from you. Maybe we can get others to join in a chat about our challenges. I need to lose about 25 lbs which may not sound like much to you but I face the same problems. I did lose 40 lbs last year but then drifted away from the healthy eating and gained 10 of them back. I'm determined to get those 10 back off first and then I'll start chipping away at the rest of them.
My first challenge is to get my coffee consumption down. I know it revs up my appetite.
I've been retired for about 15 years and spend a lot of my time quilting - not much exercise doing that but it feeds my soul.
I'm in Ontario, Canada. Where are you?
