I like that, its not an option, is shorter than my suck it up and just do it
Today I am going to try my new DVD, The Biggest Loser Cardio Max for the
first time. Wish me luck. If I can't do it, I will go for my 2 mile walk
instead. Its so nice up here on the mountain.
I have planned menus for the week, grouped around certain foods, kind of
bland diet, but this way I don't have to think so much. Thinking about food
gets me in trouble.
Breakfast is usually
Cheerios with soy milk and a banana or
Steel oats with blueberries and V8
Lunch is usually
P&J on homemade WW and vanilla yogurt with flax seeds or
Either some kind of salad or veggies dish or
Leftovers
Dinner is usually some sort combo of
Salads, veggies, beans, starch and MS product
Snacks are always
Fruit or veggies
Plenty of water and herbal tea,
