I've read so many books over the years and they all help, if I follow the protocol. I'm at a stage where I can't seem to absorb any more from books. I'm on overload but am doing OK. I seem to have managed to lose a pound this week just by cutting out cheddar cheese. I didn't think I could do that but I just don't have any in the house so I'm not reaching for it. I have some skim milk cheese that isn't nearly as tasty and I think it will not reappear any time soon. I would rather have no cheese than tasteless cheese. I'm going to make 'colby' cheese from the Uncheese Cookbook. I know I like that one and it's healthy.
The sunny days help keep me motivated and doing things.
