Thanks Audrey --
I¹m more determined this time than I¹ve ever been. I read ³Secrets of a
Former Fat Girl² and some of her tips just registered in my brain
especially the INO one it¹s not an option. When I first started, if I
didn¹t feel like working out or wanted to eat something I knew I shouldn¹t,
I just reminded myself that it¹s not an option! At first, you have to
remind yourself periodically, but what¹s happened over time is that I don¹t
even want those foods I shouldn¹t be eating anymore, and I actually want to
work out. I never thought that would be me, but it really does work!
In the beginning I had to think about what I was eating and plan my
workouts. But now it¹s just habit. It¹s just what I do. I miss on average
1 or 2 workout days a month, but otherwise I am literally walking my butt
off (over hills and jogging now and then) with occasional workout videos
substituting on days I can¹t walk for whatever reason. The weight is coming
off steadily each week not big drops like the first few weeks, but at a
healthy rate and I feel really good.
