Hi Linda, I'm pretty new to the group as well. I don't think protein will be a problem for you. It all depends on what you eat. I am new to vegetarianism/veganism myself. I also have others that are not vegetarian although my youngest son is trying it this week! I am so excited for him. Just remember to make sure that you eat beans, nuts, tofu and such to get your protein in.

Let's give Linda a warm welcome, group! Linda, we have a wide array of members here from those who have been vegetarian for decades to those who just want to introduce more alternatives into their diet even though they eat meat (but we do not discuss meat based dishes in the group).
