Last week I had lost 2 pounds which I was really pleased about, this week a pound has gone back on, mind you I am not THAT bothered as Mother Nature decided to remind me who is in charge (I will not ask Dr Dragon to go out for chocolate for me!), I'm not sure if I will be able to weigh in this coming weekend as we are going to visit family but if I can I will!
