So sorry to hear about the physical pain. Then to have the psychological
pain of weight gain added to it is just not fair! Here's looking forward to

Having over done it last weekend and being on pain killers all week my
weight has gone back up 6 pounds, 4 weeks to lose 6 pounds, one week for it
all to go back on :-((
