It is so unfair isn't it? The weight we struggle for so long to lose finds its way back in a fraction of the time. I'm sorry you have had this setback, just when you were doing so well. i really hope the scales start heading the right direction for you very soon. I'm sorry too that you have been in such pain.

Having over done it last weekend and being on pain killers all week my weight has gone back up 6 pounds, 4 weeks to lose 6 pounds, one week for it all to go back on :-((
