[Vegetarianslimming] Going no-mail

 

Going no mail earlier than I thought - my Mum fell down stairs and broke her arm - she is 79 and she sounds really woozy on the phone and I want to see for myself that she is doing okay so Dr Dragon is wangling some extra leave and we are going up to see them before we go on holiday
