[Vegetarianslimming] January 1st 2011

 

First off Happy New Year to everyone!

Secondly I weighed in yesterday and was the same again, this means that for a month I have stayed at *eeep* 326.9 pounds (aka 148.3 kg or 23 stone 5 lb) so this is my starting point for the new year, if I have stayed the same for so long it would seem that the thyroid tablets have settled and this means I can FINALLY try and shift the excess!
