Okay weighed in on Friday at the same weight for the third fortnight running BUT today I started the Ration Book diet and aim to get healthy and slim! For a few weeks I will be weighing in at the Boots in St Ives BUT this will keep me on track and I hope to get back onto registering on the home scales soon (well okay 19 pounds but hey! in the general scheme of things not too bad *embarrassed grin*). Cue lots of bread and potatoes (oh and veggies!) and very little protein (it is sort of an anti-Atkins I think lol)
