Hi group,
It's getting hot here, we'll be back up in the 90's this week. Good time to discuss meals people throw together when cooking or baking a bunch of stuff doesn't sound appealing. :-)
I for one am blessed by a huge array of heirloom tomatoes in my area. I take full advantage of this in the summer with a lot of tomato sandwiches, salads ~ all types with whatever veggies are in season. Slow cooker stuff since it's low and doesn't really emit a lot of heat and the food isn't typically too hot either. Corn on the cob is good, it boils up quickly. Tons of fruit. Yum.
Let's start talking about what we all love, food! :-) Healthy foods, of course, since many of us are actively working on the slimming portion of the group's purpose!
