Good for you. So much perfectly good food goes to waste. I've never tried juniper berries in tea or anything, may have to give that a go!Cindi
We laugh a lot. That's for sure. Sure beats the alternative, doesn't it?

Hi Everyone,
My name is Deb. I currently live in the East Mountains...East of
Albuquerque, NM. We lived in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area of TX for over 22
years, and while we were there we used to go pecan picking. Other times we
would pick wild grapes, kumquats (I think that's what they were called),
etc. along the roadways. Here in NM we have juniper trees in our yard, so
we have picked the juniper berries to use in tea, etc.
Deb Casey
Edgewood, NM
Have any you of done any gleaning?
Cindi
