I'm still not drinking milk. My drinks of the week are honeybush tea, orange and cinnamon tea, mango, peach & papaya smoothie and of course orange juice. And have already bought red/pink drinks for next week.
Strange, for such a long time the only thing that got me out of bed in the morning was the longing for a "proper cup of tea" (with milk in) yet I've managed 18 days without now.
Haven't decided yet what to do when I finish my 6 rainbow weeks.
