I wish I stopped eating when depressed but I jut eat more I gained 1.75 pounds

I haven't really been eating (been rather down and depressed and the
first thing that happens is I stop eating!), but things are getting
better and I weighed in today at the nurse and I am down 5.6 pounds!
I
need to lose another 20 pounds before I register on the home scales but
at least it is starting to go in the right direction again! I weigh in again on
the 14th so I need to get back to tracking and eating :)
