The weight loss was a total surprise! Normally if I don't eat I either stay the same or even gain so this was a total WOOT!!
I know you are only a keyboard away and trust me that is very reassuring (mind you am I allowed to say that I am counting the days until; you are next in the UK - I don't care where you are I will get to see you!!!!!)

I haven't really been eating (been rather down and depressed and the
first thing that happens is I stop eating!), but things are getting
better and I weighed in today at the nurse and I am down 5.6 pounds!
I
need to lose another 20 pounds before I register on the home scales but
at least it is starting to go in the right direction again! I weigh in again on the 14th so I need to get back to tracking and eating :)
